Barry is the managing partner of Lorig's management division, which has offices in both Seattle and Eugene, Oregon. He is in charge of formulating strategies for each property within the portfolio. Barry also oversees new client development, as well as the ongoing needs of the property management staff. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Downtown Events Management, Inc. in Eugene, OR the Chairman of the Asset Management Committee of the St. Andrew's Housing Group.
Heidi is the vice president of residential operations/asset management for Lorig Management Services. She is responsible for the residential real estate portfolio, including university, multi-family, mixed-use, and affordable multifamily housing. She also supervises the portfolio managers in the Pacific Northwest region. Heidi has more than 14 years of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, retail and office property management. She served as President of the Western Washington Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was awarded CPM of the year for 2005 .
Amy is the leader of Lorig's Commercial Management Services, overseeing the company's commercial real estate portfolio and maintenance department. She also works on Lorig's executive committee, and manages Lorig's overall communication, systems and property performance. Amy brings over 10 years of real estate and property management expertise to the Lorig team. Previously, Amy was Vice President and Director of Property Management as well as Designated Broker with CFA Properties on Bainbridge Island where she was responsible for overseeing operations of their commercial and residential portfolios.
Chasten is a residential portfolio manager for Lorig. Chasten has worked in property management for the past five years, and has experience with mixed-use, student housing, and multi-family buildings. He previously worked as the vice president of asset management for Wilkinson 1031, LLC. Chasten was awarded CPM Candidate of the Year in 2005 from the Western Washington chapter of Institute of Real Estate Management.
Meghan is the marketing director for Lorig, overseeing all marketing efforts related to existing properties in the Lorig Management Services portfolio, as well as new development projects and corporate marketing strategies. Meghan works in conjunction with property and project managers to ensure properties are marketed effectively and occupancy levels remain high. Meghan previously worked for Mutual Materials, where she contributed to building greater market share for their products through promotional planning, marketing materials, and development of customer sales.
Matt is in charge of all property maintenance for Lorig Management Services. He manages Lorig's roving maintenance team and provides assistance to Lorig's residential and commercial properties. Matt joined Lorig following a career with Merlino Construction and National Barricade, bringing the company an in-depth understanding of construction.
Vicki has been with Lorig since 1997, managing property accounts and billing. She is a trust accountant for Lorig. Vicki's 20 years of experience in real estate is a valuable asset to the company.
Sheri is the human resources manager for Lorig. She is responsible for providing benefits administration, coordinating and tracking the training of property management staff, and assisting in the development and implementation of company policies. She previously worked for the King County Department of Adult & Juvenile Detention, as the Juvenile Division Policy Writer.
Joyce is a residential leasing specialist for Lorig. She works on the initial lease-up of new residential buildings, as well as assists existing properties with employee training, leasing skills, and marketing. Joyce previously worked as a leasing agent for Lorig at Uwajimaya Village. She has worked in the sales and training industry for the past six years. |
