Dayna is a senior project manager at Lorig. Her responsibilities cover the entire development process - from initial feasibility through design, construction, and completion. She has worked on a number of Lorig's largest projects, including the University of Washington's Nordheim Court, Radford Court Apartments, Uwajimaya Village, Eastvold Hall at Pacific Lutheran University, and Saint Martin's University. Dayna brings a broad range of experience in real estate services including a focus on green building practices, property management and site acquisition. Dayna is a LEED accredited professional and a member of Urban Land Institute, USGBC (United States Green Building Commission) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).

Harry oversees and coordinates the preconstruction and construction of Lorig's development projects. He works with partners and project managers to maintain a highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day project related work. Notable Lorig projects include the Wallingford Center revitalization, Parson's Hall at St. Martin's University, and Edmonds Community College Student Housing. He has gained experience in the construction field through his previous work as an assistant project manager for Milender White Construction in Denver, CO. He earned his degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

Will brings to Lorig 18 years of local experience in construction management. He is construction manager of several current projects including Thornton Place, Park 71 at Greenlake and Garfield Commons. Will's diverse background of projects include residential single family, senior housing, and mixed use development, commercial warehouse, retail, office, media facilities, and industrial projects. He has contributed critical expertise to a number of projects including Salishan, Saxe Apartments, Radford Court, Nordheim Court, and Welch Apartments.

Kim joined Lorig in 1998, adding her architectural experience to Lorig diverse staff. Kim is the project manager of the Court 17 Apartments in Tacoma, WA, Northwest University's Health and Science Center and 727 Broadway, a 105-unit apartment building in Tacoma's Antique Row neighborhood. Prior to coming to Lorig, she worked at NBBJ and JPC architecture. Kim is a senior project manager at Lorig and also specializes in high-end development and renovations, such as the Victoria Condominiums and the Seattle Tennis Club. Kim is a member of the Standing Advisory Committee for Seattle Pacific University.

Joe joined Lorig Associates as a Senior Project Manager in 2006. He has worked for over 25 years in Real Estate Consulting, Development and Construction Management. He is currently leading both the Eastlake Lofts mixed-use project in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood, and the Lawrence Lofts mixed-use development on Seattle's East Madison Street. He has served for the last 10 years as the Senior Project Manager and Vice President of Val Thomas Inc. and its affiliated companies where he was responsible for the development and management of many mixed-use projects in the Seattle area. Joe also served as the Executive Director of Threshold Housing, a Seattle area non-profit provider of affordable and workforce housing. Joe has also served as a Real Estate Consultant specializing in land acquisitions for both the Catholic Archdiocese and King County Parks.

Thomas is a recent addition to the Lorig team, having joined in January of 2007. Tom is providing construction management and project management service for 200 West Highland Condominiums on Queen Anne, KPLU Radio Station and Offices for Pacific Lutheran University, and a multi-plex cinema called Thornton Place at Northgate. Prior to Lorig, Tom was a project manager for Barclays North and a property development manager for ICOS Corporation. He has worked on several large development projects, including Streamline Tower Condominiums, Benaroya Hall and Kahala Mandarin Hotel, as well as worked in the highly complex field of biotechnology. Having studied both architecture and construction management, Tom brings a broad, balanced knowledge base to the development arena.

Matt manages the development of Lorig's complex urban mixed-use projects. He is currently working on Lorig's largest project to date, the $160mm Thornton Place at Northgate. Before joining Lorig, Matt led the development of infill mixed-use projects in Seattle worth $60mm and advised the British Airport Authority on how to streamline design and construction of their $8bn Heathrow Terminal - 5 expansion in London, England. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of California at Berkeley and Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Kristin was hired as Project Manager I for our development group. Kristin has an extensive background in landscape architecture from over six years of experience with Otak, Inc. and Haden Stanziale, PA. She comes to us from the City of Seattle where she worked in the Department of Planning and Development as a permit specialist over the past year.

Dawn is a project management assistant. She worked for Val Thomas Inc. for the past 12 years, joining Lorig when the two companies merged in 2006.  Dawn is primarily responsible for supporting the project managers, dealing with loan closings, and assisting with overall project coordination. She also manages the customer service support and warranty program for condominium buyers. Dawn serves as the President of Seattle Civic Concert Dancers, a non-profit organization.
