Bruce founded Lorig Associates in 1972 and has since guided the company's growth and evolution into a leading real estate development firm in the Pacific Northwest. Bruce is known for his vision, attention to detail, design skills, and his ability to manage highly complex transactions. The results of Bruce's vision can be seen throughout the Northwest, from the Queen Anne High School Apartments, the Market Place North near Pike Place Market to Uwajimaya Village in the International District. Bruce has earned a reputation for being the developer who can figure out the most complicated deals, even after other developers have tried and failed. Bruce is an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects in Seattle. As a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington, he also teaches at the University of Washington Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies.
Alison specializes in project management for public/private developments. She currently leads the design and construction team for Salishan, as well as the new condominium project 200 West Highland on Queen Anne. She has worked on the Village at Overlake Station, Shirley Bridge Bungalows, Willis Condominiums, and the renovation of St. Mark's Cathedral. After spending several years of field engineering work with Sellen Construction, Alison brings a valuable depth of expertise to each project. She also currently serves on the board of the trustees for Childhaven. |
