Sheri is the Assistant Controller, bringing more than 15 years of experience to the accounting team at Lorig. Previously, Sheri was a Tax Manager for RSM McGladrey Inc. in Seattle. She has extensive knowledge of tax law, both in private industry and public accounting. Sheri is primarily responsible for financial statement preparation on managed properties, year-end tax preparation, and partnership taxation. She was a treasurer for the Kenmore Elementary PTA, and worked on the Shoreline Community College Work Advisory Committee.
As a financial analyst for Lorig, Alan prepares financial feasibility analyses for all development projects, manages lender and investor relations, and supports the project managers and CFO. Prior to Lorig, Alan worked as a financial manager for Catapult Community Developers, LLC. He is currently the treasurer and an executive committee member for the Washington chapter of the Sierra Club, and was a board fellow for Habitat for Humanity in 2005.
Lani joined Lorig following a position with the Seattle Packaging Company. She handles financial accounting for the property management divisions of Lorig. Lani also provides Yardi training for both corporate and onsite employees.
Robert's responsibilities include cost/contract accounting on development projects and financial statement and year-end tax preparation. He comes to Lorig from Northrup Grumman Corporation where he served as a program control accountant. In this position, he was involved with subcontracts management, cost performance, variance analysis, account's payable/receivable, funding profiles, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting.
Gayle joined Lorig's finance team in 2002. She has diverse background in accounting, having worked for law firms, a construction company, and the Crate & Barrel company. Her extensive knowledge in billing, payroll, contracts and purchasing are a valuable addition for both the development and the property management divisions of the company.
Nancy Santos is an Accounting Assistant for Lorig. She handles accounts payable and receivable for development projects and property accounts. Nancy previously worked for Lorig Management Services as a leasing agent for Uwajimaya Village.
As a financial accountant, Floria supports all accounting functions, payroll and draws in addition to preparing the financial statements for existing properties. She previously worked as a full-charge bookkeeper for Sherron Associates in Bellevue. |
