- A new 33 unit apartment building located in the heart of the Ravenna neighborhood of North Seattle at NE 65th St and 24th NE. The building has 33 apartments and approximately 3200 square feet of street level retail space:
- Seven loft-style apartments are available, featuring 14 ft high ceilings, bedroom loft spaces, as well as spacious outdoor decks
- Studio, one and two bedroom apartments throughout the rest of the building have been designed for comfortable living, with full kitchens including microwave ovens, and a washer/dryer in each
- Most units have territorial views
- Many apartments have decks or balconies
- Street level retail is well-suited for small office space or food establishments
- The project is located on the former site of Saxe Floral, which has been a fixture of the Ravenna neighborhood for decades
