Development Goal
To create a new student housing option and additional housing capacity for Seattle Pacific University students.
Project
- Collegiate Development of two identical, four-story apartment buildings that will house 132 students in an apartment-style setting:
- Located in the southeast side of the SPU campus, along Cremona and Dravus Streets between Third Avenue West and Queen Anne Avenue North
- Construction started in August 2003 and will be completed in time for fall 2004 occupancy
- The apartments will feature full kitchens, washers and dryers, single and double-occupancy bedrooms, and will be fully furnished
- The architectural style of the buildings is designed to fit in with the residential character of the neighborhood. Exterior finishes include sloped composition shingle roofs, brick base, beveled vinyl siding and hardi-panel accents
Lorig Involvement
- Management of the programming, design, permitting, community relations, financing and construction of the project. Lorig Management Services will manage the completed project.
