The 727 Broadway Apartment project is currently in the planning stages. It is being designed as a multi-family housing project in the heart of Tacoma's Antique Row/Theatre District. The building will include 106 wood-frame apartments in five stories above a 119-space, two-level plus mezzanine structured parking garage.
