Hawthorne Hills Professional Center is located in the prominent Sandpoint neighborhood in Seattle, WA. The Center provides onsite parking to all its tenants and their clients and provides use of the building conference room.
The Professional Center is a two story building and currently has about 45 tenants occupying offices around 250 s.f.
Lorig has managed Hawthorne Hills Professional Center for about 8 years and has recently made some cosmetic upgrades to the building including new exterior and interior paint, new signage though out the building, new carpet and improved window coverings.
